We had the pleasure of joining forces with Eddy Studio on Corruption In Bloom, the cinematic trailer crafted to launch Valorant's new Blackthorn skin. Directed by Léa Bancelin, the project called for rich environments built to carry both mood and narrative. Our role: background paintings and 3D projections designed to set the tone, depth, and atmosphere across every sequence, from initial concept to final rendered frame.

The trailer unfolds across two distinct worlds. The first follows a girl through the quiet familiarity of a morning run with grounded, textured environments rooted in the real world. Then the shift happens. The thorn world steps in: a reddish, overgrown parallel universe where every surface is covered by thorns. Building visual consistency across these two contrasting realities was both the challenge and the heart of the work.

A huge thank you to the teams at Eddy Animation and Eddy Gaming for bringing us on board and for the trust placed in us throughout the project. Working on a Riot Games production, and contributing to a world as visually compelling as Corruption In Bloom, is exactly the kind of work we live for.
