It's an honor to have contributed to Ridley Scott's epic journey Napoléon. The task involved envisioning the VFX for a specific sequence in the Battle of Borodino, ensuring seamless continuity between shots. Firstly, it started with concept art and the creation of contact sheets to quickly compare shots. This included sky replacement, color grading tests, ground texture enhancement, and full background replacement using matte painting techniques.
